We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about sales to join our established agency. We are currently seeing a big growth in demand for our services and therefore looking for an apprentice to support our existing sales team.

We work across a variety of business sectors including construction, health and fitness, technology and e-commerce to name just a few. This is a great opportunity to join an established and successful marketing agency based in Birmingham city centre.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifying and targeting prospective clients,
  • Making outbound calls to grow business relationships and close sales,
  • Making appointments to discuss prospects and client’s needs,
  • Logging won and lost business for reporting purposes,
  • Providing accurate and detailed information for the contracts team to ensure everything is completed correctly,
  • Completing general daily administration tasks.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proficient sales experience within a cold calling environment,
  • Outstanding telephone manner,
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade A-C/9-4 or equivalent,
  • Creativity and attention to detail,
  • Proactive with a positive can-do attitude,
  • High level of computer literacy with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal,
  • Enthusiastic and committed,
  • Keen to learn and develop skills,
  • Ability to think independently and work within a team,
  • Punctual and Reliable.

This is a temporary role for 6 months with the possibility of extension to assist with high business demand. To be successful in securing the position you will be required to complete a short one stage interview, with an immediate start to follow. This role is fully office based; however, all safety restrictions will be in place.

  • Support the digital marketing team to implement marketing campaigns for clients,
  • PPC, SEO Adwords and Google analytics,
  • Creating content and posting on social media platforms,
  • Producing reports with analytical data,
  • Attending creative meetings and contributing with ideas,
  • Conducting marketing research for clients,
  • Keep up to date on latest marketing trends and innovations.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • GCSE Maths and English Grade A-C/9-4 or equivalent,
  • Experience using social media platforms,
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation and paid-search techniques,
  • Creativity and attention to detail,

  • Passionate about Digital Marketing,

Other Desirable Skills:

  • Experience creating digital marketing campaigns,
  • Experience with Google Adwords and Facebook advertising,
  • Adobe creative applications like photoshop and illustrator.

We work across a variety of business sectors including construction, health and fitness, technology and e-commerce to name just a few. This is a great opportunity to join an established and successful marketing agency based in Birmingham city centre.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support our senior web developer to create websites for our clients,
  • Test code and fix bugs,
  • Work with sales and support teams to answer enquiries from customers,
  • Maintain a methodical and organised approach to development,
  • To communicate well with others and be part of the team.

Essential Skills:

  • GCSE grade C/4 and above in English, Maths and IT,
  • Computer-literate with a knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL,
  • Understanding of Responsive Web Design,
  • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting,
  • An open mind and a love of learning new things,
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills,
  • Understand written and verbal briefs,
  • Ability to apply logical thinking to problem solving,
  • Keen to learn new skills and expand your knowledge.

Other Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of API technology,
  • Photoshop knowledge.
